I’m a wife, mother, retired teacher, and picture book writer. I’m currently writing picture book manuscripts and querying agents. I am a member of SCBWI, LICWI, 12×12, and several amazing critique groups. I was thrilled to be on the 2024 50 Precious Words winner’s list for Mariposas. I also began a children’s poetry blog several years ago when I participated in NaPoWriMo, writing a poem a day for April. Most of my poems aren’t on the blog, since I’m hoping to publish them one day. I’m enjoying my writing journey and hope that I’ll soon be able to share my published books with you.
